In an earlier blog post I wrote about visiting the Ale & Cakes tin mine at sunset.
It’s a location that has been photographed numerous times, by numerous photographers, over the years. But, it’s rarely been photographed from the air. The advent of drone photography has opened up a whole new viewpoint on locations that have been photographed to death.
This location is close to where I live in Cornwall, so I thought I would use it to practice and hone my drone flying skills. And whilst the drone was in the air it would have been rude not to take some photos. Below is my favourite images from the flight.
