Nestled on the southwestern coast of the United Kingdom, Cornwall is a region renowned for its rugged cliffs, golden sandy beaches, and enchanting landscapes. For campsite owners in this picturesque corner of the world, using photography as a tool to advertise their sites can be a game-changer.
While smartphones have made photography accessible to everyone, investing in professional photography services can take advertising efforts to the next level. Professional photographers possess the skills and equipment to capture a campsite’s unique essence with precision, elevating the visual appeal of the marketing materials.
As in previous years, I was asked to visit a number of campsites in Cornwall, to capture images, to be used by a national campsite company. They asked for images taken both from ground level, and from the air, to show the campsites situated in their rural locations. And very importantly, they wanted blue sky, and sunshine!
This site, near Wadebridge, is a great example. In the aerial view, you can see the rolling fields surrounding the site, and in the distance you can see the River Gannel, leading to Padstow, Rock, and out into the Atlantic Ocean. The close-ups show the details of the site.
